1. Data We Collect

Relay▶Deck collects only the data necessary to provide AI business analysis: your account information (email, name), documents you upload for analysis, and usage analytics to improve the platform.

2. Document Security

All uploaded documents are encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3) via our infrastructure provider. Documents are stored in isolated tenant environments. We never share your documents with other users or third parties.

3. AI Processing

Documents are processed by our AI analysis system. Analysis results, findings, and generated reports are tied to your account and are not used to train models for other customers.

4. Data Retention

You may delete your documents and analysis data at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Audit trail records are retained for compliance purposes per engagement terms.

5. Third Parties

We use Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for deployment, and Stripe for payment processing. Each provider maintains SOC 2 compliance. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
