Relay▶Deck is an AI operations and analysis platform operated by RelayLaunch LLC. The platform provides multi-perspective document analysis, conflict detection, and deliverable generation for professional advisory firms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Relay▶Deck for lawful business purposes related to operations, document analysis, and advisory work. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you upload and for compliance with any confidentiality obligations.

3. AI-Generated Analysis

Analysis, findings, and reports generated by Relay▶Deck are AI-assisted outputs intended to supplement, not replace, professional judgment. All deliverables should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in any transaction or regulatory context.

4. Billing

Subscription and one-time purchases are processed through Stripe. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload. Analysis outputs and reports generated from your documents are licensed to you for your use. The Relay▶Deck platform, AI models, and proprietary council architecture remain the property of RelayLaunch LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

Relay▶Deck provides analysis tools on an "as-is" basis. RelayLaunch LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
